By participating in group coaching sessions with Leigh Layne, LLC you acknowledge and agree to the following privacy terms: Shared Confidentiality: While I maintain strict confidentiality regarding all session content, group sessions involve multiple participants. All group members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants and agree not to share personal information or discussions outside the group setting. Limited Privacy: Please be mindful that group sessions do not offer the same level of privacy as individual coaching sessions. Consider carefully what personal information you choose to share in a group environment. Recording Policy: Group sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes only with explicit consent from all participants. Recordings will be securely stored and not shared with third parties. Communication Security: Email and digital communications are not completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, please avoid sharing highly sensitive personal details via email. Professional Standards: All coaching services adhere to professional coaching standards and ethics, including those outlined by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
